Trusty is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to record and categorise transactions, set budgets, track financial goals, and view AI-powered spending insights.
Trusty is not a financial advisor, bank, or licensed financial institution. Any insights provided are for informational purposes only and should not be taken as financial advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trusty. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
Trusty offers free and premium tiers. Premium features require a subscription (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you choose to connect a bank account, this is facilitated by Plaid. By using this feature, you also agree to Plaid's terms and privacy policy.
Trusty does not store your bank login credentials.
Trusty may use AI (via OpenAI) to generate spending insights. These are generated from your financial data and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Trusty, you consent to the data practices described there.
All content, design, and code within Trusty is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Trusty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusty and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
